Network Planning Engineer - Capacity Management – Position is based in Singapore


You will be a key team member of Verizon’s Asia Pacific Network Planning team and be responsible for setting up the trunks between voice switches across APAC regions. You will be responsible for the development of the SCIP interconnection design and planning to meet Verizon’s vision ie “Drive IP transformation” to migrate all TDM interconnect carriers to IP. You will be a part of the project team working on the future plan on IPX roadmap in SCIP architecture such as evaluate access option to carriers and other applicable services requiring high quality managed IP network.

Job Responsibilities
·         You will support the provisioning switches to U.S gateways and work closely with the Network planning team in the U.S
·         You will be responsible for PTT’s Capacity management and to forecast the Network Traffic
·         You will work with planning group to project manage the Retail VoIP or IP Trunking for Retail customers in the region
·         You will represent Verizon in the local carrier group and coordinate with any new carriers in the interface and testing phase
·         You will be responsible to rearrange, augment or remove/reuse capacity and/or network elements in line with appropriate standards to meet non-forecasted sales order requirements, etc.
·         You will review utilization of links between network elements, growth trends, and forecast data to determine when a relief job is required.
·         You will be the main point of contact for CS2K local switch based in the region and also provide onsite support.
·         You will be responsible for the SCIP trunk expansion whenever there’s requirement and work on SCIP interconnect with local carriers in the region and handle all interconnect agreement negotiation with the Asia Pacific carriers.
·         You will be a point of contact to issue a request to engage the local switch operations to perform the translation to open new level or re-route and also prepare monthly report to the Verizon regulatory Manager

Person Specification:
·         You should have a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
·         You should have minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in a Network Planning or Capacity Management role within IT / Telco or ICT MNC or related field / industry
·         You should exposure to Regulatory, SCIP interconnect and Telarix

Senior Consultant - Machine to Machine (M2M) & Mobility Solutions – Position is based in Singapore


In Verizon Terremark team, our Machine-to-Machine (M2M) consulting practice is still fairly new in the APAC region. Our Mobility and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) professional services were developed to help combat the complexity associated with deploying and managing the varied, often evolving elements of a total Mobility & M2M strategy.

As part of the APAC Rollout team, you will be the ‘Senior Consultant’ in Mobility and M2M and take regional leadership responsibilities specializing in these areas (either Mobility or M2M; ideally both). This is a high profile role at the forefront of Verizon’s growth platform and strategy across Asia Pacific. 

Job Responsibilities
·         As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a strategic thought leader and perform delivery oversight of our Mobility and Machine to Machine (M2M) Consulting portfolio of business. By ensuring the smooth delivery of our Mobility and M2M consulting services and projects, you’ll play a pivotal role in making this happen.
·         As the technical expert in APAC region, you will work with clients to develop Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and Mobility strategies including designing and architecting M2M solutions, secure enterprise and consumer mobile solutions.
·         You will work closely with the local and international sales teams to scope Mobility and M2M projects, review Proposals and Statements of work (SOW) for complex engagements and perform required pre-sales functions. Customer Service Representative (English, Cantonese & Mandarin) – Position is based in Singapore


You will be a key team member of Verizon’s Asia Pacific Customer Care Center (APCCC). You will be responsible for the ticket management process until the incident is resolved to customer’s satisfaction (CSAT).

APCCC team is the single point of contact for all incident management/ service request/ change request of all Verizon Business services across any Asia Pacific countries (Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Australia, India and Japan). The team is responsible for overall incident management including customer and management escalations to repair teams and information flow to customers regarding restoration efforts.

Job Responsibilities
·         You will act as a Single point of contact for incident management; answer incoming phone calls and respond to incoming emails received from external and internal customers and document/track the related incidents to the knowledge base in our systems.
·         You will manage tickets in the online system’s queue, maintain on-going communication (outbound, inbound contact channels) with our customers; escalate tickets where necessary to ensure tickets are progressing well.
·         You will follow up with the Ticket Operation Teams to ensure raised incident tickets are driven at the right track and aim to restore the service within the Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
·         You will work in 24x7 rotating shifts which involve day, afternoon and also night shifts shuffled on a monthly basis.
·         You will comply with the KPIs set by the Senior management.

Person Specification:
·         You should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification

Associate Director – Enterprise Solution Architecture (Asia Pacific)


We have a transformational cross functional leadership role which is combined with best practice solutions and embedded within the Verizon fabric, reporting directly to the Head of Asia Pacific Global Operations, tightly aligned to the Head of Global Solutions Practice and the Group Vice President of Sales, Asia Pacific. 

The role requires focused and measured continuous service improvement throughout Asia Pacific Enterprise Sales and Global Operations  The role must further develop, maintain and evolve standards in documentation, governance, and service orientated architectures underpinned Verizon Lean Six Sigma and industry TOGAF and ITIL best practice. Job Responsibilities

Marketing Communications Manager (Asia Pacific) – Position is based in Singapore


You will be a key member of the Asia Pacific marketing team and be responsible for delivery of regional marketing communications programs. Supporting the Asia Pacific Sales & Marketing function, you will be required to develop and deliver marketing communications initiatives to both internal and external customer audiences. Network Consultant (Junior Pre-Sales) – Position is based in Singapore
