New Opportunity: Business Development Manager (VP) - Payments & E-Commerce (Singapore)


The role is of a “Business Development Manager” with Payments experience to join a Global E-commerce division in Singapore.

Purpose of the role:
To grow the Asia Pacific region revenue by creating and developing new revenue streams and managing the existing streams to drive the business forward across a diverse region, from India through to New Zealand.

Qualifications:
·         Expert knowledge of Card Schemes and compliance to the business.
·         Detailed knowledge of the card acquirer market and operating relationships across the Asia Pacific market.
·         Strong Card scheme governance, payment industry and internet payment knowledge.
·         Growing business through new channels.
·         Broad knowledge of all business areas including finance, marketing, product development.
·         Deep understanding of the card and Internet payment industries
·         Detailed knowledge of the ecommerce markets
·         Good knowledge of Banking practices and procedures
·         Risk management practices and principles including credit stewardship and acquirer fraud issues.
·         Relationship management skills.
·         Negotiations of compliance agreement with third parties.

Key Responsibilities:
·         To agree and achieve the financial – revenue and profit – targets set and to deliver the APAC sales strategy in line with Organization’s global sales plans and broader plans.
·         Target the top tier of e-commerce merchants and deliver complex consultative sales solutions from end to end
·         Identify and develop new market opportunities and build relationships with customers (current and prospective) growing revenues and raising Organization’s profile on consistent basis.
·         Building new teams to deliver against the new revenue streams; leadership and development of the capability of the business development team and ensure that training & development plans are in place.
·         Represent the Organization APAC at key industry bodies and maintain a high profile with the APAC customer base.
·         Contribute to the development of sales processes, tools and capabilities in the US based on best practices in order to contribute to an efficient and effective sales team,
·         Ensure systems are in place to ensure compliance remains up to date with any changes in legal / card schemes.
·         Relationship management and fee negotiations with card issuers.
·         Enable growth through new license agreements and promote rule changes to enable growth in new sectors.
·         Be a focal point of contact in the Singapore office.

Support Analyst role with "Network Provisioning" in Singapore.


The potential candidate should have solid experience working with Telecommunications Vendors to process and track circuit and equipment orders. Candidates who have provisioning experience working with or for telecommunications companies as “Provisioning analyst” would fit the bill.

Qualifications
·         The position needs to be familiar with network WAN technologies (Frame Relay, ATM, MPLS) and have experience with carrier ordering and provisioning WAN circuits as well as network hardware.
·         Provide network engineering provisioning, vendor support and invoice review for accuracy.
·         Act as a liaison between the carriers, network engineers and implementation areas.
·         Understand the engineering aspects of placing ATM/Frame Relay, MPLS, T1, Frame Relay, and ISDN orders with the carriers.
·         Coordinate scheduling of circuit upgrades between internal customers and the Telecom vendors.

Responsibilities
·         Coordinate and communicate between Endpoint Information Services (EIS) and contracted carriers for order status’ escalation and progression.
·         Interface with internal network engineers on technical status’ and information between engineering standards and carrier order progression.
·         Provide support to CEMEA customers for new, moves, deleted and upgrades of carrier and hardware services.
·         Follow documented procedures for processing and communicating project and order status.
·         Decisions are limited to documented process procedures.
·         Individual contributor reporting to the Business Leader for Global Network Engineering Commercial networks. Interacts with network engineers, other provisioning specialists, EIS, and vendors.

Senior Specialist – Cloud Technology & VMware (in Singapore)



This is an individual contributor role responsible for solving complex problems and taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.  This role serves as a Senior Technical and Functional specialist and works independently with guidance only in the most complex situations.

Qualifications:
·         More than 10+ years of experience, possessing expert knowledge in Cloud computing technology, Windows operating system, and applications deployments.
·         Experience deploying and maintaining highly-available and highly-secure Windows based workloads and applications in a highly-available and highly-secure Cloud environment. 
·         Cloud computing knowledge in VMware Data Centre virtualization and preferably vblock.
·         Hands on VMWare (i.e. support, installation, and architecture).
·         Hands-on Citrix experience (i.e support, installation and architecture).
·         Knowledge in multiple OS, Linux, Solaris, Mac OS and windows.
·         Knowledge in HP OO, Cisco Tidal or equivalent automation tool preferred.
·         Software language expertise in C++, Perl, SQL, Java, PHP, Windows scripting.
·         Software development experience in Agile, VC++.NET, Windows API, XML, Spring, Java ME/EE.
·         Extensive experience in software scripting and process automation.
·         MCSE certification or equivalent work experience.
·         Ability to write technical design and build documentation for all aspects of a technical infrastructure.
·         Experience in an application hosting or data center environment.
·         Strong project management skills and ITIL certification preferred.
·         Extensive networking background preferred.

Responsibilities:
·         Responsible for the construction and implementation of new Windows infrastructure (based on Cloud) and adhering to tight operations, security, and procedural models
·         Provide expertise in cloud infrastructure and workload orchestration.
·         Lead a global team of engineers on the drive towards adoption of cloud technology.
·         Automation of backend workload provisioning, integration and fine tuning of processes to achieve end-to-end automated workflow.
·         Responsible for design review, planning and implementation of new private cloud computing environment.
·         Provide consultancy to internal customers and business users on our new operating model.
·         Work with other engineering disciplines to plan out and transition legacy workload to a new virtualize environment and to develop Service Based Reference Architectures that can be offered as services to our customers
·         Responsible for mentoring junior team members, developing ITIL procedures and best practices standards

Network Security Analyst - Immediate Opportunity with a Financial Giant in Singapore.


An Opportunity to join a Global Security team based in Singapore region.

Required Qualifications
·         3-6 years of work experience with Information Security / Network Security monitoring
·         Experience working on a Technical Services/Support Operations team.
·         Candidate must possess strong analytical skills to identify complex security issues and respond at the same level with a technical understanding of when to escalate impacting security events
·         Experience operating and administrating Security Information and Event Management platforms and/or Intrusion Detection/Prevention platforms (IDS/IPS)
·         Possess functional knowledge and administrative experience on, Windows and UNIX Platforms
·         Strong working knowledge of IP network designs and security fundamentals, including FWs, Routers and ACLs

Preferred Skills

Responsibilities
·         Perform systems and network information analysis of intrusions to the network infrastructure, applications and operating systems in a fast-paced, highly technical environment

·         Analyze event/alert patterns that properly interpret and prioritize threats through the of intrusion detection systems, and other boundary protection devices
·         Recognize and provide feedback to second level to separate potential, successful and unsuccessful intrusion attempts through review and analysis of relevant event details and summary/pattern information
·         Proficient in the analysis of packet level network traffic, utilizing common packet analysis tools and techniques
·         Work on projects that further the work in the IDS / IPS, Security Information and Event Management, Anti-Virus, Network Admission Control, Network Behavior Analysis, Database activity monitoring, identity and access management and Content Monitoring and Filtering spaces specifically focusing on reporting, workflow, change/Incident/Problem management
·         Interface with clients in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into functional workflows. This includes working closely with second level groups to improve the efficiency of daily tasks, monitoring, and processes with innovative ideas
·         Provide technical advice and input for the support of integrated security systems and solutions
