Product Managers - For a Global Services Company in Singapore!

One of our major Global services company has opened up their expansion plans, currently I have got 3 major Permanent roles to be filled in the Singapore market as below,

1. Product Manager - Security
2. Product Manager - Avaya
3. Product Manager - CRM

GIST: Roles involves book to bill, end to end (pre-sales, sales, design, billing, legal, etc..,), interact with the several internal groups and stakeholders and handle the sole ownership for the product launch.

• Minimum of 7-8 years successful experience in a portfolio/ product management role, with a track record of commercial and/or technical achievement and P&L improvement.
• Experience of a range of Security Products OR Avaya Products OR CRM Products
• Able to deliver to tight timescales, to innovate and ‘think outside the box’ to deliver products and solutions that meet customers stated requirements.
• Demonstrable communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills to Director level.
• Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills at a senior level.
• Project management skills are also desirable.

Equity Analytics Support Analyst - Top Tier 1 Bank, Singapore.

This role has emerged within Equities technology team of an Investment Bank in Singapore which provides technology to Cash Single Stock trading, Program Trading, Quantitative Prime Brokerage trading, Prop Systematic trading and Futures Trading in addition to its Equity Derivatives (OTC/Structured) technology.

Main Duties

As a member of the Cash Equities Analytics IT Support team in Singapore, the responsibilities are:
• Provide application support for mission critical Cash Equities Analytics applications during Asia Pacific market and business hours
• Be the escalation point for 1st line support teams for any issues or queries around functionality, usage, trade execution, client flows, latency, pricing and static data.
• Support user testing streams in a project capacity
• Develop technical expertise to build, package and deploy core applications as well as providing 2nd line support depth.
• Ensuring systems are fully available for start of trading and are effectively monitored during the trading day.
• Deputise for team leads in senior meetings with key stakeholders where appropriate
• Develop specialist knowledge in relevant systems and local markets, sharing that knowledge, as required, with global teams
• Liaise with development teams on future applications
• Take ownership of issues through to resolution or escalation, as appropriate
• Pro-actively improve the quality of systems and service, and increase business value
• Undertake projects as required, including, but not restricted to, the following areas: - capacity and performance management, monitoring initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, web based tools, reporting and documentation
• Uphold and champion policies, procedures and standards

Experience Required
• Listed Equity Markets technology experience in a related front-office application support role within investment banking.
• Listed equities product knowledge with emphasis on APAC markets

Experience Preferred
Knowledge of program or algorithmic trading and risk management

Market Data Analyst role with an Investment Bank, Singapore.

This role is open with the Market Data Business Management department which is responsible for all the proactive management of: Vendor Relationships, Contract Negotiations, Financial Management, Business Requirements etc pertaining to Market Data Services / Suppliers.
• Responsible for managing Global Market Data business requests and provision of appropriate services.
• Day to day management of service requests ensuring that they are action in a timely and efficient manner.
• Responsible for ensuring all business are setup in the most cost effective delivery.
• Responsible in ensuring all service changes are reflected accurately and in a timely fashion into the global inventory system.
• Effective interface with customers will require coverage during NY office hours.
• Business relationship management, supporting the interface between market data and the business to ensure that the group delivers a consistently high level of service.

Experience required:
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Market Data industry.
• Experience of working in service environment where delivery and service quality are essential.
• Delivery skills essential, along with good communication skills and customer focused. Able to work in a pressurized environment and interact directly with end users / traders, vendors and other internal groups. Must be a team player. Able to multi-task and be adaptable to change.

Main Duties
• Effective analysis of service (GSP) requests and liaison with all necessary departments within the Organization to perform such analysis.
• Ensure appropriate market data services are delivered to front office customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Facilitate the input of service changes into MDS2000 and maintain the inventory.
• Support MD month end closing, validation and allocations
• A day to day knowledge of the overall Market Data environment globally to be attained.
• Serve as "expert" on business usage of market data products and services
• Assist Global MD business owners (SPOC) in demand management.

FX Options Support Analyst - Financial Institution in Singapore.

This role has emerged as part of the Local Markets Technology team which is geographically spread across the globe and is an important and expanding business and technology space. The team builds Technology and analytical solutions for Local Markets front office user base to support full booking life cycle and risk and PnL. This role is CTB development technical team lead role. The main developers in Asia are located in Singapore and China.

Role / Principal Accountabilities:
This role sits within the Local Markets RTB team who are responsible for supporting the technology platforms associated with that business space. The platform is an in-house developed system and series of processes tailored for the businesses requirements.

This role requires the individual to :

• Primarily Support the FX options business based in Singapore
• Work in a high pressured environment across geographical boundaries and multiple teams and deliver to agreed deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with the business and gain a good understanding of their processes.
• Build strong relationships with key Technology teams whom we are dependant on.

Skills & Experience Required:

At least 5 year of solid hands on experience in supporting banking applications in Unix /Linux and Windows environment.
• Sybase Skills
• Excel / VBA ( debugging ) skills
• Scripting skills
• Worked in a front office banking environment
• Good understanding of Pricing, Risk, Options Greeks and PnL calculations

• TIBCO Middleware
• Linux skills
• Experience in using XML, STL and multithreading
