Head of Cash Equity P&L Product Control – Permanent Position (VP Role) with a Global Bank in Singapore.


This is a challenging opportunity to work within the product control function in the Cash Equity Middle Office Operations team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will come from Equity Derivatives / Cash Equities / Cash Product Control function, stint of strong VP experience with experience in managing a team of 5-8 resources with diversity.

The Cash P&L team of Asia supports Japan, Australia and APR Region.

Requirements
·         8+ years experience in Equity Derivatives / Cash Equities and/or Cash Product Control function
·         Sound Product control experience and a proven track record
·         Experience as an Accountant in his career is a plus
·         Must have executive people management skills
·         Control focused

Responsibilities include:
·         Act as the Controller for the Equity Cash P&L business in Asia.
·         Manage of a team of 5 – 8 people who are responsible for daily P&L production for Cash Equity business.
·         Manage the month end close tasks, Balance sheet substantiation and sign off.
·         Business support and control activities.
·         Management oversight and governance.
·         Maintaining strong control framework.
·         Producing P&L Explain, price testing, estimate to actual, soft dollar commissions, Legal books and Records.
·         Ad hoc Project work and process re-engineering coordination.

Client Service Representative - Futures & Options – Permanent Role with a Financial Institution in Singapore.


Job Description
The CSR will report directly to the Manager of Global Financial Futures and Options (GF&DCS) Operations Client Services team. The position is responsible for day-to-day servicing of GF&DCS Clients in the Asia Pac Region. This is a permanent position offering excellent career opportunities for the right candidate.
             
Requirements
·         Successful Candidate should have at least 3 years experience in exchange traded derivatives (1 of the 3 years in Client Services).

Senior Specialist – Equity Documentation ~ Permanent Role with a Global Financial Services Organization (Singapore)


Senior Specialist – Equity Documentation

This is a highly challenging role which provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse team.  Team and Individual goals are set within a target and volume-based environment requiring motivational skills to work collectively to achieve them.

Based in Singapore, the candidate will be working with the documentation team in Singapore in the drafting, negotiation and execution of ISDA confirmations and other duties related to documentation of OTC Derivative trades in the Asia-Pacific region.

The candidate will be required to apply and share his/her knowledge on OTC Derivatives products and ISDA Definitions within the team and actively participate in team projects. 

Products will range from vanilla OTC trades to complex Structured or Exotic trades and the opportunity to gain extensive exposure to these products in different markets globally will depend on the successful candidate’s ability to work under pressure with the support of a strong and cohesive team.

Qualifications:
·         Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years experience in the Finance industry as equity derivative documenting, structured product specialist and ideally gained from a reputable Investment Bank or Broker.
·         Knowledge of ISDA Definitions, ISDA Master Confirmations Agreements and OTC Equity Derivatives products such as Options, Swaps and Structured products
·         Good organizational skills and a basic understanding of Back Office Operations responsibilities and processes.
·         Experience dealing with traders, legal and able to build up and maintain relationships
·         Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills are vital in representing the firm on industry initiatives.
·         Degree qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting or Law preferred.
·         Proficiency in MS Product Suite

Responsibilities:
·         Drafting and review of legal confirmations issued in accordance with ISDA Definitions.
·         Due diligence in verifying the economic and legal terms of the ISDA legal confirmation against the trade booking and termsheet.
·         Negotiation of ISDA terms and language with Counterparties including execution of Master Confirmation Agreements based on ISDA standards.
·         Liaise with Legal, Credit, and Front Office teams in resolving documentation related queries and creating confirmation templates.
·         Participate in both internal projects and industry-driven projects relating to documentation.
·         Build and develop excellent client relationships.
