Senior Account Manager – Enterprise Sales (2 roles) - Permanent role to be based in Singapore

The Objective of this role is required to grow NEW BUSINESS in the Aend / Bend and Corporate business in South Asia. Targeted segment includes FSI, Manufacturing, Government and various focused Accounts.

Job Responsibilities:                                          
·         Understanding the customers’ businesses and identify the business requirements and sales opportunities.
·         Ability to plan sales strategies and identify potential clients in the assigned territory through comprehensive Accounts Plans.
·         Identify and build relationships with key client’s stakeholders and business partners at a senior level.
Work closely with the Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, Subject Matter Expects to develop complex solutions to address business opportunities and client’s need.
·         You must also able to create opportunities and pitch to potential clients Verizon solutions, the rationale behind the solutions and the impact and the positive results of the solutions. All done through value creation solution selling versus product selling.
·         You should be able to engage and manage your sales presentation to high level stakeholders.
·         Strategic planning of your business to achieve revenue and profit targets.
·         Funnel management with accuracy in forecasting.

·         Degree or higher with more than 8 years of solid sales / business development / account management experience in the IT / ITS / ICT / Telco industry preferably with Global Services, Software, System Integration experience. If currently not in Telco industry, must at least have 2 years Telco background in the former roles.
·         Proven track record in managing and leading large / SME / government accounts in the region.
·         Proven track record in directly managing Fortune 500 organizations - C-Level engagement.    
·         Soft skills such as excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer satisfaction focus and must be a team player.
·         You will also need to display some form of leadership capabilities and be able to take a lead in any project task to you.
·         Strong negotiation and closing skills.

E – Proven track record of success in a solution of service based sales environment
E – Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with senior management within the assigned customer base.
E – Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
E – Fluency in English
E – Highly motivated, focused with the ability to operate with a degree of autonomy.
D – Fluency in spoken Mandarin
D – Ability to work in a team based environment
D – Degree holder preferred
D – Ability to operate successfully in a matrix organization structure
