Survey, nearly 90% of the Women respondents across the globe cited that
there is a gender gap in leadership positions at work and 54% stated
that it’s important for their organizations to offer leadership training
specific to Women. Survey suggests that to hone in on Women’s
leadership development, organizations must acknowledge the key factors
