Responsibilities:

Take
end to end technical ownership of modules, develop and deliver production code
for a 24x7 network of significant packet and throughput scale
·
Work
effectively with cross functional teams including product management to
translate requirements to code, with test teams to troubleshoot, isolate issues
and provide root cause, ensuring that the software developed is of the highest
quality
·
Mentor
and guide junior members of the team
·
Plan
the whole execution effectively.
·
Work
in a dynamic fast paced entrepreneurial team with an open, collaborative
culture that fosters creativity.
Skills:
·
8+
years of industry experience
·
Strong
understanding of Java fundamentals
·
4+
years of experience in programming in Java.
·
Proven
experience in developing Web Based applications
·
3+
years of experience in working with J2EE and related technologies, such as
HTML, JSP, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON
·
Hands
on experience and understanding of with web application servers and containers
such as apache, tomcat, Jboss.
·
Experience
and/or knowledge in designing and building scalable management systems, user
interfaces
·
Experience
with SQL databases such as postgres, oracle, MySQL is a plus, schema design and
implementation.
·
Strong
Knowledge of SNMP, NETCONF and related management protocols is a must.
·
Experience
in frameworks such as NetSNMP, WebNMS is a plus
·
Experience
with PHP, Perl and Shell scripting.
·
Experience
developing on Linux OS a must.
·
Experience
with Profiling Java and Performance Tuning code and applications is a plus
·
Experience
in telecommunications, data networking domains a plus.
·
BE
degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering or related area
·
3+
years in

Leading/mentoring
a team

Hands
on experience on product development.
·
Experience
in product development is a must
·
Should
be a self-starter and be able to work independently.
·
Experience
and passion to work in Start-up environment is a plus.
·
Experience
supporting customers is desirable
