§ Deep understanding of SOA, OOP, IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) Platforms
§ WebSphere Process Server & Process Orchestration

Responsibilities
§ Sr. Technical Architect to define and deliver key components of the SDLC and support analyst in the development of process flows, use cases and sequence diagrams.
§ Candidate will be a senior team and set overall payments platform direction and insure key architectural tenants are adhered to as we meet short and long term business objectives of this Shared Services platform.
§ This is a hand’s on role working directly with developers, business analyst and business partners in the payments domain.
§ Creates the conceptual architecture of the design and clearly describes the rationale for decisions and implications of decisions.
§ Translate the project business requirements into use-cases or sequence diagrams and specifies the interface design in precise, unambiguous and actionable terms.
§ Qualified individuals performing effectively in this role will have a proven record of balancing innovative Technology Solutions with a strong personal Business acumen.
§ Communication and presentation will be critical to success in this role insuring alignment of our business goals with technology roadmaps. In addition a strong understanding of SOA software design principles is essential.
§ Has the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances with business and technology partners, both within and outside the organization; Establishes credibility and respect with others; convinces/influences others to embrace a position or take a specific course of action.
§ Understanding of globalization concepts like I18ln and L10n.
§ Experience in payments initiation, processing, clearing and settlement in a multinational Wholesale, Commercial or corporate bank in a plus
