Tokyo (#4), Singapore (#5), Seoul (#6) & Hong Kong (#7) took the
leading spots in Asia Pacific region, according to the recent Global
Power City Index (GPCI) 2015 report. GPCI uses 70 indicators spread
among the six functions of Economy, R&D, Cultural Interaction,
Livability, Environment and Accessibility, analyzing the strengths and
