You
will be a key member of the Asia Pacific
marketing team and be responsible for delivery of regional marketing
communications programs. Supporting the Asia Pacific Sales & Marketing
function, you will be required to develop
and deliver marketing communications initiatives to both internal and
external customer audiences. You will work closely with and provide support to
marketing field teams, global marketing communications, and other key Verizon
Enterprise Solutions groups.
Job Description
To develop and execute
regional business driven marketing
communications programs that will engage customers and prospects, and
promote the Verizon brand and industry leading capabilities. This includes:

In consultation with
regional marketing teams and other relevant groups, develop and execute the
marketing communications plans required to support marketing programs,
campaigns and launches.
·
Provide appropriate
materials, tools and message development for regional marketing and sales
teams, including items such as copy for emails, web content, newsletters,
customer advocacy, advertising materials and internal marketing
announcements.
·
Manage the customer
advocacy program.
·
Take a regional view
of local communications programs.
Establish with sub-regional teams suitable (internal & external)
communications touch points and ensure and that communications are delivered in
accordance with objectives.
·
Author and provide
input into communications forums & newsletters that promote sales and
marketing activities internally and deliver key regional messages to teams.
·
Coordinate with Global
Marketing and Global Communications teams, to understand global marketing
communications deliverables and timelines.
Influence stakeholders effectively ensuring messages are suitable and
timely for use in Asia Pacific. Provide
feedback on a regular basis.

Develop, maintain and
drive communications project plans so that initiatives are consistent and run
to schedule. Ensure that all key parties
are properly engaged.

Review locally
developed marketing communications content.
Ensure go to market messages are consistent, relevant and
effective. Establish feedback and
measurement mechanisms to understand which communications tools and messages
are most effective.

Help support development
of Asia Pacific Verizon Enterprise Solutions value propositions and unique
messaging.
·
Manage Verizon brand
guidelines, ensuring policies are followed to ensure best representation of the
Verizon image.
Person Specification:
·
You
should have a degree or higher in marketing, communications or a related field
of study is required.
·
You
must have more than 15 years of
experience in Marketing Communications (Internal and External) within an IT
or ITS or Telco or ICT industry preferably with a Global Services or Software
or System Integration company in Singapore.
·
You
must have good understanding of Asia
Pacific market place – experience working across multiple cultures.
·
You should have
demonstrated competency in various
marketing communications media and methodologies.
·
You should have the
ability to localize existing or develop
new materials as required and be able to interpret data to generate
compelling marketing communications campaign messages and approach.
·
You
should have strong Content development
and writing skills in providing materials, tools, emails, web content,
newsletters, announcements, customer advocacy, forums, programs and calendars
for both internal and external communication purposes.
·
You
must have experience in email marketing
tools (eg: Marketo, Silverpop, Eloqua, etc..,)
·
Your
experience working with Sales management
is a major plus.
·
Your
experience in SalesForce.com (SDFC)
is a plus
