REXX/COBOL/DB2 - Senior Analyst - Perm role with a Global Bank in Singapore.

We have 2 open positions to be filled with one of our Global Banking client in Singapore.

The resource will be part of a Database administration team working to support datawarehouse of mainframe Metadata. The candidates will have the opportunity to do web development and also become DB2 DBAs. The candidates will be developing and maintaining ETL processes to build the data warehouse of Metadata from the mainframe environment such as JCL and proc libraries, source management tool changeman, db2 catalogs etc. In addition the candidates will be assisting the team lead in rewriting the web front-end to Dotnet from ASP technology.

Relevant Skills:

§         3+ years of REXX/DB2 programming

§         3+ years of COBOL/DB2 programming

§         2+ years of IBM DB2 mainframe utilities.

§         2+ years of CLIST development

§         JCL, PROC and sort utilities.

§         Working knowledge of source management tool Changeman

Desirable Skills:

§         Understanding of Metadata and Metadata management a plus

§         Knowledge of web development with Microsoft Dotnet is a definite plus
