Lead a team of technical experts to manage and support Wholesale Bank’s Financial Markets derivatives trading platform. Permanent Position based in Singapore.
Skills - Essential
• Knowledge of technical architecture of Murex G2000 v 2.11
• UNIX (to scripting level)
• Database (Sybase, Oracle)
• SQL
• Experience of supporting applications in a derivatives trading environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Stakeholder management experience
• Team management experience
Skills – Desired
• Good people-management skills
• Experience of managing small to medium sized technical projects
• Knowledge of automated job scheduling tools (preferably Control-M)
• Knowledge of capacity management tools (preferably ITRS Geneos)
• Experience of managing development environments
• Proven track record of delivering system monitoring and early warning toolsets
Responsibilities include:
• Stability of Murex production environments
• Overall responsibility for application capacity (including monthly reporting & risk management)
• Obsolescence management
• Improvements to BAU and batch processing performance
• Management of development environments
• 2nd line technical support
