This role is to work as a part of the client’s global development center in Singapore,
Experience required:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development in investment banking or related areas
Essential:
• Core Java
• Unix (preferably SOLARIS)
• SQL (Oracle, SQL server or Sybase)
• OO Design
• Solid background in Java Web development and good working knowledge of Ajax, CSS, JavaScript,
• JQuery, HTML, Spring, Hibernate and other web related tools.
• Good Design skills. Some knowledge about building scalable Enterprise Level systems.
• Previous team leader experience.
• Well versed in SDLC and Software Engineering
Preferred :
• Eclipse (pref) or other common IDE
• Working knowledge of Google Web Toolkit (GWT) and at least one JavaScript library like jQuery or
• Ext-JS
• Web services (SOAP)
• XML, XSLT
• JDBC, JMS, Servlets; Ant;
• EJB container, Tomcat
• Struts, JSP;
• Junit;
• java libraries 1.4+
